Two Program Options:
Spring Slim Evenings – Mondays 6:00 to 7:30pm
Spring Slim Express – Tuesdays 12:00pm to 1:00pm (all the benefits, shorter time commitment)
Investment: $230.00 for the complete program

- A wholesome, yummy 6 week food plan complete with recipes, tips and food journal.
- Six, 50 minute yoga classes designed for all levels and abilities with poses specifically intended to cleanse, strengthen and rejuvenate.

Alisa Herriman RNCP ROHP CPCC is a Registered Nutritionist and Certified Cancer Practitioner-
Alisa’s passion for healthy living is infused in each of her programs. While following one of Alisa’s programs each participant receives unlimited phone and email support and a completely customizable program. Weekly sessions include nutritional lessons designed to help you make educated diet and lifestyle choices. Alisa has been in practice for over 8 years and teaches many college and university level nutrition and health courses. Cat O’Connor, RYT500, and owner of Yoga in Motion-
Cat is a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga teacher with training in various yoga styles including Ashtanga, Hatha, Street Yoga and Yoga therapy. Cat is also a certified facilitator for the Stanford University program Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions, the YMCA’s Healthy Child Development program and the Search Institutes, Developmental Assets framework. She also provides wellness coaching and shares her knowledge as a health & wellness writer. With more than 15 years of experience working in the field of Health, Fitness and Recreation as well as a personal passion for holistic health & inspired living, Cat aims to be of service to all by sharing her experiences and knowledge in an honest, supportive and inspiring manner.
