30 Days of Inspiration
Daily thoughts on yoga, life and being awake in the world.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been putting pen to paper. In fact, I’ve found writing to be incredibly therapeutic, finding it more of a necessity than a choice. Writing helps me to gain clarity, to sort through the whirlwind of thoughts and experiences going on within and around me.
This short book of inspiration was created from daily writings which I shared during a 30 Day Nourish Your Shine Yoga Challenge, which took place at nourish yoga & wellness studio. I committed to writing a daily inspiration to help inspire the challengers as they journeyed through this transformational experience, alone, yet together.
Committing to doing something on a daily basis for yourself can be a huge step, in and of itself. Committing to coming to your mat each day for 30 days has the potential to be absolutely life changing. People are often unprepared for the mental, emotional and physical roller coaster ride.
It’s incredible how a few words can help to see someone through a challenge – both on and off the mat. I an so grateful to have had the opportunity to share in the journey and in some small way help to encourage people along their own personal path of transformation and evolution.
Whether you practice yoga or not, my hope is that you will find words within this book that resonate with you and help you elevate your shine and nourish your soul.
Life is messy and beautiful and a wonderful journey of awakening, if we allow it to be.
