Each yoga class can range in duration and is offered at your preferred location such as: home, park, deck, office or in the studio.
Private yoga classes are a wonderful way to spend quality time with a partner or friend. Yoga in Motion has provided couples with’ date night’ yoga classes; allowing the couple the chance to connect, while also providing them with the gift of self care, relaxation and physical fitness.
In order to be there for each other, and for our kids, my wife and I realized we needed first to take better care of ourselves. We decided that getting back into yoga was the easiest way to start dealing with the stress of juggling work and family. Cat came highly recommended and, after a few months, our private classes with her are part of our routine. Cat is careful to set the pace for each session to where we need it to be.
