The Stretch & Breathe 4 session program will take you through a variety of health & wellness practices all designed to help you get breathing, moving and living more optimally!
Each one hour session will include guided instruction & handouts for continued practice.
Session I: Breathing for health; breath work, stress reduction & meditation
Session II: Movement for health; gentle Stretching and Movement
Session III: Deeper Movement for health; yoga & core work
Session IV: Nutrition for health; the importance of proper nutrition & hydration
