We offer a wide range of classes, from the more dynamic and fluid Vinyasa to gentle yin and restorative practices.
Join us for a yoga practice that fits your schedule, we believe that most all of our classes are accessible and our teachers will create a space that is inviting and comfortable, while also challenging and strength building.
