Toss the processed non-foods and fill up on whole, nutrient dense real foods; fruits, veggies, whole grains, nuts, seeds, legumes… This is GOOD stuff and your body will celebrate!
- Move. Move your body as much as you can each and every day. Find something that you love to do; walking, swimming, yoga, group fitness, playing with your kids etc… Find what works and DO IT!
- Grab a friend and have fun eating clean and getting active together… There is power in sharing your commitment to being good to yourself with someone who is also committing to this amazing lifestyle shift – you will hold each other accountable!
- Keep your compass close by. When you veer off the path of ‘AMAZING YOU’; be kind, move forward and re-adjust your compass to get back on track… Each moment is a new opportunity to choose YOU and your best self.
