Sometimes this means taking a real hard, honest look at our lives. Our current situation and relationships and moving out of our comfort zones to have real, honest conversations with ourselves and those around us…

- Am I loving myself the way I want to be loved?
- Are my relationships helping me to grow and progress or are they weighing me down and dimming my light?
- How am I contributing to my growth, my happiness or my stagnation and discontent?
- What do I need to change in order to FEEL alive? Happy? Free? Fulfilled? Honoured? Valued? Loved?
